MathResources was incorporated in 1996 with the mandate to help students improve their mathematical understanding and provide teachers with the best teaching and learning software available. Since inception its founders, directors and management team have focused on the development of math educational software. Whether being built under the MathResources brand or for a client the same level of dedication, experience and expertise have been applied.
The quest for our goal requires a complete re-working of the notion of educational publishing. The move from linear presentation to SCORM compliant learning objects was and remains crucial. MRI currently has the only complete curriculum solution that was conceived, designed and constructed utilizing re-usable learning object technology. This architecture provides for the defining and storage of learning objects that may be retrieved as a single learning element or as a complete grade level teaching and learning solution.
MathResources has three distinct yet complementary skill sets - mathematics, computer programming and educational publishing. These skills have been married together to build and distribute the best teaching and learning tools in mathematics. We apply these skills in the construction and sale of educational software bearing the MathResources brand and also in the construction of our clients' software and learning materials.
